1. Account and authority
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and have authority to accept these terms for the organization using the service. You are responsible for activity under your account and connected site keys.
2. Permitted use
LeadPending is for responding to people who submitted an inbound request through a connected website. You must comply with privacy, anti-spam, consumer protection, and email laws that apply to you.
- Do not import purchased lists or send cold or bulk campaigns.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content.
- Do not expose a site API key in browser code or share credentials outside authorized systems.
- Do not probe, bypass limits, disrupt the service, or access another organization’s data.
3. Human review and AI output
AI creates an editable draft only after an operator requests it. The service never sends that draft automatically. You are responsible for reviewing factual accuracy, tone, commitments, links, and legality before selecting Send reply. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect.
4. Plans and limits
The launch Free plan includes up to 5 active sites and 20 outbound replies accepted by the email provider per UTC calendar month. Accepted emails remain counted after a later bounce. Limits and future paid-plan terms will be shown before purchase; no paid plan is currently offered.
5. Customer data
You retain rights in data you submit. You grant LeadPending the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and protect that data to provide the service. You confirm that you have a lawful basis to collect and process connected-site submissions.
6. Availability and email delivery
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, inbox placement, successful delivery, or any business outcome. A provider timeout can produce a delivery-unknown state; the service will not automatically resend when duplicate delivery is possible.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access for security threats, abuse, legal requirements, nonpayment of a future paid plan, or material breach. You may stop using the service and request deletion. Recovery and hard-deletion timing follows the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. To that same extent, LeadPending is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will publish the revised date. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
